Bookings and class passes, connected.
Students choose an available class on your studio’s booking page. You see their bookings, attendance and balance together. Booking reserves a credit; it is used when attendance is recorded.

A cancellation puts the place back on the calendar.
Students can cancel in their own area within the cancellation window. The place becomes available again and the studio sees the updated availability, without keeping a second booking list.

A paid class pass can include sessions you have not taught yet. Mesana separates payments collected from services delivered and pending, alongside costs and margin. This is management accounting; tax invoicing is not included.

Before organising your classes
Can I manage recurring courses and class passes together?
Yes. Mesana supports recurring courses and class passes. On a course, enrolled students keep their place throughout the cycle; for class passes, you can see sessions and balances alongside bookings and attendance.
Do I have to take payment online?
No. Students can book online and pay in the studio. Stripe is optional for online payments; its fees are separate and Mesana takes no commission on those payments.
How do I move my studio’s students and balances over?
You send us your data once when you start. We prepare the transfer, and you review and approve students and balances before getting started. The scope and terms are agreed with the team.
