Track class packs: used and still available
Attendance uses classes from the pack. Absences follow your studio’s rule and make-ups do not deduct an extra class. The balance is calculated from sessions so remaining classes have an explanation.
A course reserves a place throughout the cycle
An enrolled student holds a place in every future lesson of the cycle. A class pack is used to book individual classes when spaces are available. Both share the calendar, but buying a pack does not reserve a fixed time slot.
The pack has limits and the history stays
You can link a pack to a class type and set an optional expiry date. It closes when all its classes have been used or it expires. Renewing creates a new pack without mixing in classes from the previous one.
