We show you a mandatory confirmation screen. As the studio owner, you review the students, their enrolments and their balances.
You approve, and we complete the final import
We only carry out the final import after your approval. No studio starts with unapproved balances.
If something does not add up, we clarify it with you before importing. You have the final say on your balances.
Questions about migration.
Do I need to tidy my spreadsheet before sending it?
No. You can send us your Excel file even if it is messy. We read it and ask you about any ambiguous data.
Can I send data from my current software?
Yes. As well as Excel and CSV files, you can send us an export from your current software for us to review.
Who checks the balances before we start?
We review them, and you confirm them on a mandatory screen alongside students and enrolments. As the studio owner, you approve before the final import.
What happens if a piece of data is unclear?
We ask you and clarify it with you. We do not guess data or carry out the final import without your approval.
Is migration charged separately?
The scope and terms are agreed with the team before you start. It is a one-time transfer when you set up your studio.
