A student starts a watercolour course and returns every week. Booking an appointment each time does not keep track of their commitment to the course or the classes they have left. The same applies to drawing and creative workshops taught in cycles.

Collecting payment for a painting course in advance does not mean you have earned all of it. Mesana separates cash collected from the value of classes already taught. You add costs for paper, paints and rent. Margin is calculated from classes taught minus costs; packs sold but not yet taught remain separate.
What we don’t do
Mesana is not a marketplace to find students or a shop to sell artworks. It keeps track of your workshop’s classes and finances; it does not sell paintings or drawings.

Yes, if you organise classes in course cycles or packs. You can keep the slots and enrolments for each course in the same calendar.
Do I need to book course students in every week?
No. Enrolment reserves their place in every future session of the course cycle. A tool that only handles single appointments makes you rebuild that sequence.
What happens if a student misses a watercolour class?
You mark the absence and link the make-up to that missed class. Remaining classes are recalculated without keeping another list.
Does Mesana sell artworks or bring me students?
No. It is not a marketplace or an artwork shop. It helps you keep track of your students, classes and finances.
