Your studio’s finances
You know what you have collected. Mesana tells you what you have earned.
If you have sold class packs you have not taught yet, part of your cash is not yours yet. Mesana separates money collected from the value of classes already taught and subtracts costs to show the margin.

What counts as an active student
In a given month a student counts as active if they have an active enrolment, a pass with credits remaining, a booking in the current month, or at least one paid purchase in the current month, including retail purchases. Demo accounts and archived students do not count. Someone who is only in your contact list does not count either. The counter sits in your dashboard with this definition next to it.
You grow, the plan grows. At 80% of the limit we tell you; if you cross it you get a month’s grace and you confirm the plan change yourself with one click. A working studio is never locked.

How is it different from Acuity?

Do I need a card to try it?
No. The trial lasts 14 days with no card. Signup may require an invitation code.
Do I have to move my spreadsheet over by hand?

Is money collected the same as money earned?
